Yeah, I can't do this.

I couldn't run today.

That's bad. I really should. I wanted to run today...
But I couldn't.

It's very frustrating.

I probably won't be able to run until Saturday.
Jeez.

Stride outs are stupid.

Well, the sister and I ran again.

I went directly after work, so the pain of my high-heels was nailing me. I had pretty consistent shin pain the whole time (probably due to the heels), but since I ran on the grass about half of the time, I didn't have too much knee pain.

I only ran a mile and a half, which isn't too great, but isn't horrible. That way, I can run two miles on Thursday.

Vomiting isn't my favorite.

I feel literally sick. Like, as in, if I smell food ever again, I may well lose my stomach. Unfortunately, dinner is ready.

Today, I ran two miles. Well, Dad says it was more like two and a half. But I think he's saying that to make me feel better. It was fine; it was a good run. I felt euphoric and proud when I finished, and my two running buddies and I walked it off afterwards. A and me even sat on the swings and talked for quite some time afterwards.

Now my back is destroyed.
And I'm extremely nauseous.

Okay, I checked with Dad. It was two and a half. So I guess this is somewhat justified.

A was really great today. She's killer to run with because we talked the whole time... but on the other hand, that was killer in a bad way also. M was mostly quiet the whole time, but she was a good sport anyway. I can't run alone, but I think they pushed me faster than I probably should have gone. Oops.

Want to see Hangover - cannot afford it - possibly will get my "Sugar Daddy" to pay =]
Band Practice - finally today - not a REAL song written but lots of progress
No more word on the jobs - will be on campus tommorow

"Look M'sieur, where all the children play!" "Be at peace, be at peace evermore."

I must be getting old.

The back still hurts... a lot. I don't know why (perhaps bad posture?), but it certainly is making this day painful.

I went to registration for my college yesterday.
I'm excited. I'm pretty much only taking classses that I like.

I don't know how I'll be able to run tommorow, what with work and whatnot, but I supposed I'll just have to wait until after work and run in the evening.

My runs are certainly frustratingly slow, but I think I have the right approach with adding on mileage slowly. I'm sure no one is in any hurry to run with me because it'd be so god awful boring for them, but other than that, I think I am doing pretty well on my own.

Still haven't done strength training today; probably won't, considering I have work quite soon and haven't done anything yet. Maybe. We'll see.

Job applications - 1 call back out of 20 applications - for a different location than the one I applied to. I am nervous and frustrated. I haven't called back yet, but perhaps I will this evening?

Band practice - will we ever really practice again? - still no new songs, and my ideas are becoming stupider.

Movies - can't afford them

Does she ever shut up?

No. No, she does not. Ran with the littlest sister again. We talked about boys (she's not interested), skating (she is), and running (it's so easy she forgets she's doing it).

Mile and a half; not bad, nothing to complain about. Not too shabby, considering I wasn't even going to bother running today. Still, I didn't yesterday, so I can't NOT run today.

I'm having pretty severe knee pain in my right knee. I think some initial shin cramps are starting too. I'll have to monitor both, and I definately have to start doing some cross training/strength workouts.

Dad should be pleased, but I'm not.

Someone with almost no leg strength and even less arm strength has no business doing push-ups at 6 AM every day. Yuck.

I need to start trail running soon, to prevent any more jarring of my knee. I've never had problems with it before, but hey, it's totally congenital: the middle sister and my dad face some pretty severe knee pain/weakness.

Saw UP! last night - June 3rd - Loved it! haha - "I hid under your porch, because I love you."
Band Practice - Still none and I leave next weekend - Have two great song ideas.
Cannot remember them at the moment. Crap.

I always double knot.

My reason for double knotting is simple: stopping running, even just to tie your shoe is cheating.

It makes you feel like the steps you take are failure if you have to stop, huffing, even if your shoe is the true culprit.

I hate stopping. I hate running, but I hate stopping even more.

Today was with littlest sister, one mile. Felt like lead. One mile should be easy. I'm starting to wonder what happened to my body. Maybe it'll get better. Hopefully. 70 or 80 degrees out there doesn't put me in the running mood.

Harry Potter - July 15 - Cannot wait
Band practice - N/A - no new songs.
